1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
Shipping Availability

Complimentary shipping is included with every order.
Orders from outside these regions will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We proudly offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required, across the U.S.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take slightly longer.
4. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
5. What is your return policy?
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We do not issue replacements or products in exchange. You are always covered by our money-back guarantee.
We do not accept returns for incorrect products or change of mind.
6. Which items are non-returnable or final sale?
Certain items cannot be returned:
Supplements that have been opened or partially used.
Clearance or discounted products labeled as Final Sale.
Any products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
7. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We’ll place a refund at no extra cost.
8. My package says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.
First, check with neighbors or your local postal office.
If you’re unable to locate it, please contact us immediately.
Katherine Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
After this time, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in production or shipped.
