We do not accept physical returns. For safety and quality reasons, all items are final sale.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for the following cases:
- Damaged item
- Defective item
- Incorrect item received
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will issue a refund or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Returned products are not required.

Katherine Home is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak seasonal volume. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Refunds are issued only in cases of verified damage, defects, or incorrect items received, and all resolutions are provided at our discretion.
EU Customers – Made-to-Order Products
All products sold through our store are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after purchase.
Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, certain goods that are custom-made, personalized, printed on demand, or produced specifically for an individual order may be exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal and return rights (including under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partners, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@katherinehome.store and include photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local law.
